Therapeutic Exercise
Our Physical Therapist has been trained as an exercise specialist. During your time at Sterner Physical Therapy you will be given uniquely designed exercises for your specific condition. We never treat patients like just another shoulder, back, neck, knee, foot problem. Each patient is evaluated to find the source of your pain, diagnose muscular dysfunction and assess joint restrictions in order to prescribe you will a specific exercise program.
